is it true beer and alcohol lower testosterone and dose this have an effect on testosterone in f2m trans on hrt

I'm pretty certain that 1 beer or two is not going to hurt you. I see guys drinking beer at the parties we have at the trans center.

my bro drink heavy always has buts worried about the hrt im also intreasted because i work out and am trying to get the best gains and this is the first ive heard of beer lowering testosterone
