OK, bit peckish. No-one else at home. Fancied something tasty, savory, quick and well, very quick. Got Diablo III monsters to kill here.

Look in the freezer. Not bad given the time of year, but don't want to risk the backlash if I take the wrong thing.

A half used packet of fish fingers. Been there ages. 6 left, I used 3.

A bag of half used Mixed veg.

OK, so fish fingers frying.

Mixed veg in a separate frying pan with little oil. Fry gently until just starting to brown. Then sprinkle half teaspoon of curry power, dash of olive oil and leave to cook for another 5 mins.

Had an even better lunch today. Wife came back from some friends with a Goan Fish Curry.

Sorry, I can't say how to make it. Just adding that because it was so good.
