(Though I am not MTF, I still wear make-up to work, so I am not completely ignorant to how to apply it.)
I second what the ladies above have said, a more natural look would be better. I think it's best to start natural, and then you can eventually go into something a little more dramatic once you get comfortable and learn the appropriate conditions to wearing dramatic colors.
I think you'd look nicer with a softer colored eyeliner, the black under your eyes looks a little harsh, it might not look so harsh if you had darker eyebrows. At CVS and make-up stores, certain brands will advertise what color eyeliners/shadows/mascara will go best with certain eye colors. Also, some people will advise not to wear eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes if you get eye area wrinkles (which I don't see in your photos) because it can draw attention to the wrinkles or dark spots there.
If you're not sure what to get, you should go to a department store and get a makeover or consultation with one of the make-up girls. They'll try to sell you into getting their brand, but you can just write down what colors they used and what they did and get a similiar color in another brand or order it online cheaper if you don't want to pay their prices.
Also, an MTF on youtube, Princess Joules has some nice make-up videos.
