So I went to my ex's for holiday dinner and visiting the kids...When I got there, found her in the master bedroom's bathroom, getting ready.
Laid on the bed so our cat could have some "crotch time" with me (she loves laying on crotches for the warmth, and to be petted)...could hear the ex in the br on the phone. Listened for a bit, found out she was talking with her mom, so I got up and knocked, said hello, and "tell your mom Merry Christmas from me."
She nods...I go back to the bed where the cat is waiting for me...I hear, "Oh, J-- just came in, he said to tell you Merry Christmas." I get up, open the door, and tell her, "
Beth says Merry Christmas." She nods again...
I get to the bed, and hear, in an almost sarcastic tone, "Oh, he just came in and told me that "Beth" says Merry Christmas...Yeah, I know, right?..."
OMG. I just get up and walk out, poor cat didn't get much crotch time.
Merry F***king Christmas to me.
