A politically incorrect guide to 'sexual orientation'

Through the secular-"progressive" looking-glass, the term "sexual orientation" has, in a few short years, evolved to accommodate an ever-expanding fruit basket of carnal appetites.

First it was "LGB" — liberal shorthand for "lesbian, gay and bisexual." Then they added a "T" for "transgender." That's cross-dressing. You know, fellas like 45-year-old Clay Francis (aka, "Colleen").

Mr. Francis enjoys macramé, long walks on the beach, wearing lady knickers and showering fully nude with 6-year-old girls.

Because it's illegal to "discriminate based on the basis of gender identity," and since it's the only "tolerant" thing to do, this brave bellwether of the persecuted LGBT victim-class has secured the "civil right" for him and other men to fully expose themselves to your daughter in the locker room at Olympia, Washington's Evergreen State College.

What do you expect? this guy is one of Jerry Falwell's  gangsta

All I had to do was look at the site banner and I knew what to expect.

Nationalism is a disease and this guy is a carrier.

The are the same tarnsphobic rabble rousers that claimed they were going to seek "justice" for the firing of Natalie Johnson from Macy's last year over her discrimination agains a transgender customer.  OK, guys, it's now 13 months later.  Other than make noise, what have you accomplished/

Yes the religious right's new constitution twisting arguement is that their discrimination is protected under their right to freedom of religion.

Was the firing in WA, do you remember? We had an incident with Macy's with discrimination....

Hillary Clinton weighed in on that nonsense:

"In her recent address in honor of Human Rights Day, Secretary of State [the article got her title wrong] Hillary Clinton highlighted these sorts of religious justifications for discrimination noting:

'The third, and perhaps most challenging, issue arises when people cite religious or cultural values as a reason to violate or not to protect the human rights of LGBT citizens. This is not unlike the justification offered for violent practices towards women like honor killings, widow burning, or female genital mutilation. Some people still defend those practices as part of a cultural tradition. But violence toward women isn't cultural; it's criminal.' "

This applies to every sort of human rights violation, and the US government sees anti gay and anti trans hate as being a human rights issue.

No, it was in San Antonio.  But if you get that treatment where you live complain to the store manager.  Macy's has a very progressive and well-publicized LGBT diversity policy toward employees as well as customers.

I'm not saying everyone who transgresses should be fired, but disciplinary action should happen.  I spoke to a recruiter from Macy's who stated that they view firing as a failure of management and will go out of their way to coach and retrain an employee who doesn't perform to standard.  If this woman was fired it was because she was incorrigible and probably a repeat offender.

Actually my friend Brooke was the one who was discriminated against...the other sales lady allowed me to use the lady's changing rooms. Brooke went to the manager, was not supported, and left in tears.

Two months later, with ACLU help, the saleslady was fired, and the manager was suspended.

Sounds like Macy's may have a corporate problem...

I'll agree that in some, maybe even in many stores not every employee has signed up to what Macy's expects of them, but it sounds like things went right!

Consider this -

Saleslady was the bad actor

Brooke complains

Manager buries the issue instead of taking the action that she also knows she should take

Brooke complains to ACLU

ACLU confronts Macy's corporate (of course!  It's not like the manager will report that there's anything wrong at his store if she's part of the problem)

And the manager gets suspended, employee is fired.  I'll bet they also started to look for the next person to be trained to either take over for that manager or she gets reassigned to work under someone who can square her away.  If she was in line for a promotion this will set her back, and I'd bet Macy's is changing her working conditions in such a way that she'll come to the conclusion that moving on to another company would make sense.

Justice was done, even though it came with outside help.  There are plenty of companies where this would not have been the end result.
