How long does it take to get in there? I applied for the group like 6 days ago and no response yet.  They say they are supposed to send you back a questionaire to answer but so far I have recieved nothing.

I think a lot of yahoo groups are sort of dropping in participation and many group owners have either gone absent or just have other things going on.

It takes some time. Maybe a couple of weeks? I don't remember the exact amount of time. I thought my transition would be complete by the time they approved me for that group, but eventually it happened.

It came through today, guess I jumped the gun a bit. 

Glad to hear you got accepted already! I'll just throw this in here for anyone else who has the same question and is reading this thread: I joined a few weeks ago and it took me 5-7 days. I'd highly recommend it, lots of useful pictures!
