I want to start using topical DHT and doing some pumping, but there's one major problem. When I was born (I guess), my parents had some kind of jacked female circumcision done on me. Without going into terrible detail, my cock/clit is smaller than normal and appears to be cut in two. Is the only way to fix it surgery? Is there even surgery to fix this?
