I would just keep up your exercise and diet. If you're eating enough to maintain a healthy weight, and if you're exercising enough to ensure that weight includes no more or less than the appropriate body fat ratio, you will develop healthily.
The end result of this diet and exercise regime may not look like your feminine ideal, but it's important to realize that many women who work out and eat well will also look a bit different. Breasts may be reduced in size, there may be less facial fat, and the hourglass figure may be a much more difficult goal, but healthy, fit women are very attractive; perhaps they are a different kind of attractive, but they are nonetheless very much so.
Health over vanity - but don't think that you can't have both.
