I just got my top surgery about 6 days ago
i`ve been appling polysporin and gauze twice a day
and tonight i was ready to change them so i took the gauze off and one of my nipples started
to bleed so i applied pressure with some tissue, Is this normal should i worry about it ?
Also there is some white/yellow which seems to look like pus is that part of the healing process or could it be an infection ? 
if anyone could give me advice that would be great thank you.
