yes, I dropped from 40 to 38, and a Lady never tells her age...but if you must know I can do 100 yards in 11.8 seconds, and a mile under 11 minutes...is that young enough for you?

Don't know exactly how much cause I don't measure myself but I went from something like a 38ish to a 32/34ish. Two years of hrt and I started at 30. I also dieted pretty hard and walk long distances regularly.

I'm hoping to lose some myself. My upper body was fairly bulky compared to the rest of me. It used to be muscle now its just fat.
"For transpeople, using the right pronoun is NOT simply a 'political correctness' issue. It's core to the entire struggle transpeople go through. Using the wrong pronoun means 'I don't recognize you as who you are.' It means 'I think you're confused, delusional, or mentally I'll.'. It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"

I should also point out, when I started I was at the heaviest I've ever been (74kg), Id say most my size loss was from diet and exercise as opposed to hrt
