I have both estradiol and spironolactone in tablet form. I'm worried about the temperature at which they should be stored. My place is super cold--doesn't have heat installed--and right now its 49 degrees F in here, 17 outside. Both the paper work that comes with the pills and the pharmacy say that they should be stored at room temps between 52-85. What should I do? Do you think the cold temps will hurt my medication?

It's pushing it on the low end temp wise but you should be fine as long as they aren't exposed to freezing temp.
