Hi everyone, i realise this is my first post on here. Nice to meet you all. Im 26 and from the uk.Im very confused right now while researching and need some help. I am looking into forehead contouring- Im actually a genetic female but i have a masculine and large forehead and the only surgeons i can find who could help are surgeons who perform FFS. Hence why i am on this board. I hope that people dont mind. I am interested in Dr Zukowski. I do not want any other procedures done. I have quite a wide and high forehead and its quite prominent at my eyes (orbital rims) too. If i were to get this is it needed that i get a brow lift???My brows arent that bad but i was thinking about loose skin after the procedure and having to have it lifted.

If so am torn between doing a endo bilateral browlift with forhead contouring as i have a high hairline or having a pure endoscopic browlift with forehead contouring and then later on getting hair transplants. I realise that the pure endo approach will pull back the hairline somewhat  and Of course there will be a difference in the prices with having hair transplants at a later date a more expensive option

The reason being i am torn is because i am terrified of the bilateral producing 1)scarring 2) unnatural hairline. I have seen many scalp advancements on the internet and to be honest im not impressed, Ive not seen any of zukowskis apart from one and it looked good but When i type in hairline lowering into google i get a load of images of women and they all look so un natural as if there was a wig put on their head. Now im not saying that its all of them, some of them look good. Im not sure if its because the centre of the hairline is lowered and the temporal sides are not so it just appears as a straight line.Im not sure if dr zukowski does the advancement at the temporal region/sides.

Any thoughts? I have a lot more questions also

welcome to the group. have you tried registering to dr zukowskis web site to see more photos?

as for the scalp advance, ive seen so many of them as my friends had them done. you are right as it seems in the beginning the scarring and the unnatural look it gives is scarey, however as time passes by and everything settles in the hairline becomes normal and the scar fades away, my friends are having laser scar treatment to treat that.

im not sure what dr Z technique is with hair line advancement, but in your case i would recommend to do everything endoscopically and then have hair transplants to cover up the areas instead of the scalp advance.

Welcome to the family.

I recommend you have a look at Dr Bart van de Ven's site at http://facialfeminization.eu/before_after/ and scroll down the the hairline lowering section. Dr Bart does his operations in Ghent, Belgium but holds monthly consultations in London.

I'm sure he will give you an honest opinion and will not try to get you to have something done that would not be right for you.

I had my ffs with him and am very pleased with it. I had hairline lowering and it looks very natural.

Best wishes
