Its actually two colors on top of concealer. The outside of the lips I used Calvin Klein CK1 (Proper 300) put on with a brush then blended it in with a Ulta cosmetics pinky color called (Princess). Outlined with a lip pencil by Urban Decay called (Paranoid).
