Hi Everyone,

It's been a few weeks since I last had a chance to visit here properly. I've been away on a frustratingly boy mode only christmas holiday to Coffs Harbour, a coastal town in Northern New South Wales, Australia, with some beautiful beaches and surrounding countryside. All though there were no opportunities for Nicki to emerge and I had to remove my lovely toenail polish it was my first beach experience with a completely hairless body. I was expecting looks and comments from strangers and friends alike but to my surprise no one batted an eyelid! An added bonus is that applying sunblock to a smoothly shaved body is so much easier and less messy when there are no unsightly hairs to mess it all up, a very satisfying experience.

It was still frustrating to see all the lovely bikinis and sundresses, both in shops and on other women, with no opportunity to buy or wear them myself. But if I'm honest, despite losing 5Kg over the last 2 months, I still don't quite have the body to get away with it, hopefully soon!

After returning home and back to work our neighbours went on their summer hoilday for a week, leaving a chance for me to enjoy some gardening in various female or androgynous outfits on the weekend. I cut down an old pair of levis to a fairly short length, (not quite daisy dukes but close), which I wore with a loose fitting tank top over a bra and some sandals showing off my freshly repainted toenails, very girly! The shorts have since become part of my boy mode wardrobe without comment from my SO or neighbours which is awesome.

On Sunday morning I was hanging out my washing wearing a flared skirt, when a strong gust of wind caught my skirt and hoisted up revealing my panties underneath. After a quick comical struggle to readjust my attire my SO and I were both laughing hysterically. It was such a Marilyn Munro moment but one I have never experienced before. I was suddenly overwhelmed with a rush of warm feelings and emotions leaving me in no doubt that this is how I am meant to be, it felt so normal and right once again 

The whirlwind is getting stronger and faster and things are progressing. I am just about ring and book my first hair removal session from a discounted offer I bought from livingsocial after reading a post by JessicaH, thanks for the hint!

Long time since I've been to Coffs!!!

It sounds as if you are going well and that is great to hear.

The fly away skirt is always a problem. I have to cross an eight lane road to the car park at work, along with lots of others at a crossing, so it is safe. But I'm sure the male drivers wait for the gust of wind to alleviate the traffic boredom .

The other fun thing  is waiting at the side of the road for the crossing to activate and watching the male drivers check out the girls waiting to cross. I reckon I've seen a few near misses as someone gets distracted. But luckily men are better drivers than woman

Yes things are going well but I haven't done any of the really hard things like come out at work or to friends yet, still not quite ready for that. I still have to venture out in public for the first time as well. I'm getting there though. I'm actually waiting for a wig to arrive as my own hair just doesn't cut it yet.

LOL at the male driver comment. Funnily enough I nearly crashed my bicycle the other day whilst distracted by a rather beautiful girl, although I was actually checking out the gorgeous dress she was wearing! Nearly rode into a parked car much to the amusement of a few passers by. Not sure if she noticed though, probably.

A lovely feeling indeed Nicki and one that us kilt wearers are familiar with. Kilts are very susceptible to blowing right up in the wind if you are in a town or next to the car with an open door. Everyone likes to see kilties caught out.

If it gives you a nice feeling then your def doing things right.
