As I have stated I am disabled and use a wheelchair to get around. Well today I got word that my insurance will be paying for my transportation to and from my doctor.

Also I was just talking to a friend and she told my that my skin appears softer. How that can be after only 9 days of taking estrogen I have no idea but it made me feel great.

Hey Bethany!
That is good news, the transportation issue can be a bear when you're dependent on others to get you places. Sounds like your girlfriend is being both observant and supportive, kudos!

Yes Bethany, I noticed changes in my skin right off the bat!

Yip, I also noticed smoother skin within a week or two. Even now, after more than a year and a half on HRT, I still can't help touching my skin and enjoying the softness. (Holy crap, I sound like a pervert!)

Luckily you all know exactly what I am talking about!  >:-)

Sometimes you find yourself in the middle of nowhere, and sometimes in the middle of nowhere, you find yourself.

I'm so happy for you that they are going to pay for your transportation. I know it was very difficult for me to get to work too.
