My gender therapist just told me she will write my letter recommending me for hrt. It took me a long time to ask for it, but when I asked myself what I wanted most in the world - this was #1. No question.

She says she wants to do 40 days with a low dose, then if I want more, and the endo agrees, i will increase. My God I can not believe I'm really gonna do it!!!

I can tell you right now, I'll want that increase. I think Samantha is ready to see the sunlight!

I got my letter on 2 April 2011 but my therapist had written it the day before, on April Fool's Day. I had a laugh about that.
