Saw one of these threads and thought it was good mark of achievement.

I went out in my full girly mode today for the first time. Also,  first time any of my family have seen me too,  so two big steps. All went well I think.  :-) we all went to the mall and then a drink.  Was fun.  I have no idea how much ppl looked,  I couldn't tell.  I would to say 'but I don't care',  but that would be wishful thinking, lol.

Congratulations! The first time out can be nerve racking. I know the feeling of telling yourself you don't care what people think but you really do. But I'm beginning to get over that. You kinda get use to people staring at you. Now a days I'm more concerned of how my makeup looks instead of people staring. It does get easier the more you go out.

Yay girl!  I went out for the first time last weekend, so I'm right there with you!  I must warn you though, when you go out in boy mode again (If you do)  It is 10x as bad as it was before!

"For transpeople, using the right pronoun is NOT simply a 'political correctness' issue. It's core to the entire struggle transpeople go through. Using the wrong pronoun means 'I don't recognize you as who you are.' It means 'I think you're confused, delusional, or mentally I'll.'. It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"

Totally agree and I think it is one comment we can all agree on.

Once you let the girl out, there is no putting her back.

But congrats, it is a big step and a very scary one that takes a great deal of courage.

Work the next day really stunk.  I saw all the women all gussied up, and here I was with a button up and tie...  *CRY*

Hugs Honey. I know too well how that feels. In fact it was one of those occasions that sent me to the Dr and ask him to find a therapist because I wanted to know how to have a sex-change, OK it was a long time ago, but it was one of the triggers that confirmed that I could not live as the male mask of me.

After a long weekend when I had been me in female attire for the whole time, going out shopping, going out to dinner, being home, sleeping in my nightie (always did anyway); and feeling normal for once. I vividly remember the pain of putting on male clothes and going to work.

I remember just to going to the men's toilet and sitting in a stall and crying.

Cindy was awake.

I used to be mortified when I'd go out. First time was in the middle of the night, I walked to the store and on my way i felt great. AA guy slowed way down as he drove by checking me out, and once i got in the store i realized how bright it was in there, and I was terrified that someone could tell, but i got no reaction.
I  get mis-gendered occasionally, sometimes people can tell, just the way it is. But the hotter you look the more people pay attention to you, the more they check you out, the more likely you are to get made for having something extra. Just gotta be confident that you are a hottie and keep working at looking damn good.
Eventually, I stopped caring if people could tell. Although watching a few feminization hypnosis videos on youtube did help. You just gotta let go of that male ego,the male personality, and accept completely that you are a girl, and that being girly makes you happy, and more comfortable. Eventually you will be way more of a girl than you are a guy, and then, the guy will fade out completely. Also, having sex like a girl helps somewhat.

Angela???

well done!!! That's a really big jump I would say!

I have been out in full girly mode quite a few time's and Oh did the nerve's go, very nerves to say the least. Biggest problem I have is the town I live in. I just jump in the car and drive somewhere else, wish I could be a girl all the time :'( But my children come first, for now anyway. Least I have my real nice dress on at mo, and my makeup! I think I look real nice for a 6 foot girl!!!! ;D
I'm a girl, I always knew!
Now it's time to stop hidding and show the world who I really am!

Yeah, I think I still have some strong facial features that mean the looks I get are from me being read or maybe can't tells, rather than being hot! Hopefully I will be able to get a bit closer with time :-) (and I always have sex like a girl lol  :) )

Yeah that is me too! I can't afford to be out in my own town just yet, so we went to the nearest city's mall instead.

Thanks again :-) :-) everyone. Its really good to get a shot of confidence from you to help counteract the nerves lol :-)

Go to youtube on your smartphone, put on a pair of headphones, and go to sleep with this playing. I guaruntee it will probably work.

There are others too, just search forced feminization and you'll find a lot of good ones that work, you'll also find ones that arent even worth watching. But the ones that work will make it so hard for you to resist, and will make you not want to be in guy mode at all, ever. it'll kill the male side of you. You just gotta realize that you are a girl.

I have a very sharp, and angular face, looks very masculine from certain angles, just gotta be brave, and ready to kick a man's ass if need be, and know that you look damn sexy.
BTW! GG's love Tgirls, for them it's the best of both worlds.

yeah the trick i used was to drink a little before going out that way my nerves would be ok and i wouldn't think about it as much. oddly enough it really worked. i do not recommend it for most people though it could start a bad habit.

@Lindsey. Thanks for those.  Never heard of or thought of anything like that before,  so,  interesting! I am not quite sure if you were paying me a compliment or telling me to be confident, lol but thanks either way!  X

@Tristan. I don't think that would work for me! As soon as she is get tipsy I want to party and so it could go horribly wrong!  :-) lol x

Your welcome. And I was kinda paying you a compliment and telling you to be confident at the same time.  But if someone tries to accuse you of being a dude just tell them...i may be a bigger girl, and I may look a bit masculine, but im a real girl and a girly girl, and im an athlete, and I cant help that most girls look like couch potatoes or lard a$$es. Or  just say " no, im a girl, I used to be a bodybuilder and experimenting with steroids made me look a bit masculine."  Or, "i have thyroid problems that started at pueberty and my horomone levels have always been unbalanced, but I assure you...im a girl" if someone calls you names, just beat their ass cause your fully capable of beating a guys ass, as am I, and im 135lbs at 5'9" tall.

WTG Steph. So wonderful just to go out, but to have your family with you for the first time, and to go with you and be so supportive is just fantastic.  Because of family, I cannot get out as much as I would like, but once you get the go out girl activated, you just know where you need to be.  The saying is be the ball, so here it is be the girl.
