I'm flattered. Really. But I feel like a dirty old man.

I guess I look younger than I am, even almost a year post-T! There's a girl of maybe thirteen or fourteen (gasp!) in my theater group that's been unashamedly flirting with me. In front of her mother, no less! Well, they're both kind of sleazy. I told her I was almost twenty! I hope that'll stop it. I'm flattered but...no way am I even going to EVER go there! EVER! I don't even want to look like I'm thinking of maybe trying to endeavor to consider going there! I feel like I'm going to be arrested and it's not even my fault. :police: Ha, ha.

LOL yeah, in my first year on T, teenaged girls (17 and up at least) were flirting with me. I wanted to tell them, "for gods sake, I could be your father. Go hit on the guy in board shorts."

QuoteAh Ha Andrew, not funny at all! It seems you are experiencing the pitfalls of being a very "cute male". Apparently it is the genetic hormones starting to kick in as my daughter is only nine and indeed I see trouble coming already! Having been cursed with young looks (and attitudes) my entire life in my slight, boyish sort of way and I suppose I am very glad I missed all of that when you stop to consider the very sad 1'st divorce rate these days which is a very sorry commentary on the society we live in today. With me the connection/attraction was always one of emotional need and identity and never sexual but I can tell you your "admiration club" will probably only get greater (worse?) as you get even older as there is definitely something about being transgender that will make you stand out as special from all the rest (in a positive sort of way I hope!).

I find it weird & scary that you and I, being on opposite sides of the "TG spectrum" like we are, actually share such an unusual common problem. I suppose the problem is not really that unusual. Make us proud, make her day but stand your ground (and by tomorrow she will have forgotten all about you!)  What did her Mom look like anyway? (only kidding)

I'll make you a deal - being MTF you can have all the T and "equipment" I've got as I simply do not want to have to deal with that aspect of denying my TG status anymore!!!

So, what would you do with it anyway?

I'm having chest surgery in two weeks, so when it's done, I'll mail you my boobs. ;D You can send me yer thing.

LOL, her mom is not so hot. I'm not going there, either. One way, it's Lolita. The other, it's Mrs. Robinson. I can't win!

Judge Yourself

well I'm 23 and get taken for 17... and in saying that I got IDed for cigarettes.. I'm rapidly not even passing for 16 it seems. I reckon tomorrow I should enroll in high school again :| I'm still pre.. everything so I guess it's not *so* bad but I get told I have a 'baby face' all the time - which I'm sure isn't good :P

maybe youre just becoming a stud ;) you should appreciate it..

While I've always been comfortable with my chronological age, (and almost look forward to passing those 'major' stepping stones of age, like 25, 30, 40, etc), it's nonetheless kinda cool to be mistaken for a much younger age.

Yes, it can be a slight hassle when that involves getting carded for cigs or booze, but when you're about to turn 50, it makes you laugh to get carded at a bar.  Brings back memories of getting cruised for chicken in the gay bars back in the early 80's (when I was almost 30).   ::)

Live with it; laugh with it; and use it when ya can... it's all good, esp if it reflects the simple fact that you have a fresh and youthful outlook on life.  Just don't forget the laws when those too young of things start batting their jail-bait eyelashes...   NOT WORTH EVEN CONSIDERING!!!    >:D

Ooh, no. Not going there. Never. Nada. No way. I'm flattered, but that's the extent of it.

hehehe...  so the Sig line of "Lock up your daughters" only refers to those daughters over the age of consent, eh?   ;)

GOOD choice!   8)

But yeah, aside from the occasional unwanted attention of some not appropriately aged for you, the whole 'youthful' thing can be rather amusing. I look at it as the Goddess's minor repayment for all the negitive things that we can sometimes face.

Enjoy it all!

LOL Lynn...!  That's terrific that you've had such 'success' in terms of losing some years when you wish - and a very good point about ID.  Thanks!
