So my measurements are :

19 - 37 - 47  (shoulders, waist, hips)

my bust would be about 45-48 (depends on the bra tbh )

now.. obviously im an hourglass shape but am i not a tad bit too wide? O_o.. i feel like this basically :

Well... Yes, you are wider. Might be that you have a very large ribcage and hips, or that you have extra fat. Either way, it sounds like a female shape, so even if we'd often like to be all tiny and thin, this is probably positive.

The top measurement is normally a bust measurement though, not shoulder width.  Do you look pear shaped in the mirror?
