since i actually have someone to spend valantines day with this year i thought id go all out, my gf and i are going out to dinner then when we come home i have planned to cover the bed in flower petals and have a bunch of little choclate hearts in the shape of a larger heart, in a candle lit room

what if any are your plans for valentines day?

Jerking off in the shower? lol Yeah I have no big plans for V-day. I'm one of those anti-v-day grumps I think.

Going to my corporations class.... then getting work done that I know I'll never do over the weekend. I think I am having lunch with my friend from school, but I didn't know it was V-day so soon so I hope she doesn't cancell to go out with her BF or something.  I really want some curry.

I'm like.... 17 days away from moving to be with my GF, so I'll probably watch a movie with her over FaceTime (lol nerdy) we did the gift thing via post already, bring on the move.

Same here.

For Valentines Day, I will probably do one of four things:

A.  Work on my briefing paper for class

B. Work on my interview paper for class

C.  Figure out the topic I want to write about for my paper about Law Enforceent and Higher education

D. Work on my review questions

Well, my state of being in a relationship has gone from yes to no to I don't even in the past day, but even so my plans are:
-Go to school and be depressed watching all the other kids get flowers from friends and partners
-Take an AP Bio test
-Use my one free period I'll have to work on my research paper
-Go have a cello lesson (can't even play in school right now because my arm is all screwed up and needs time to heal, but I can't put off another lesson)
-Think sad thoughts
-Work on the many chapter notes I've been assigned
-Think over what in the hell I'm going to talk over with my ex but not ex boyfriend bro person what the following day

Sleep isn't on this schedule, nor is chocolate and commercialism.

I work at a sushi restaurant, so it's going to be balls to the wall busy, and that's how I'll be spending my day.

I wanted to take my partner to a movie, but its January-February movie season still, no good films in sight. -__- Awe well, we'll probably get some grub, then cuddle and play video games with a bottle of wine or something.

but this year I thought of buying some summerbird chokolate to someone special.
(its expensive chokolate for those who dont know what summerbird is)

I'm trying to ignore it as much as possible. It'll be our 16th wedding anniversary.

We decided to get married on Valentine's Day because of the romantic connotations and we thought it'd be sweet to get constant reminders about it each February. Now that we're splitting up, those constant reminders not so great.

Nothing. I don't have anyone and while I do think it's heavily commercialized, but so is Thanksgiving which is a newer holiday than V-Day [see:  Thanksgiving as we know it was created in the late 1800s and V-Day was being actively celebrated in the 1600s and finds its roots in Roman times...and yet you don't hear people complaining about Thanksgiving other than me], I still like to celebrate it on occasion if I have someone. 

But I don't this year so...I will be staying home and applying to jobs.  Oh, I'll also be celebrating my parents' dog's birthday [Miss Kitty turns 9].^^

Microwave meal for one same as last Valentine's Day and the one before,and the one before that and the one before.......etc

Last year, I wrote out 40 things I love about my gf, cut them into individual strips, inserted them into 40 balloons, blew them up and left them all around the dining room table. After we forced down the nasty homemade pasta I made, I gave her a needle and told her to get to popping. She loved it.

I'm going to the DMV to get my driver's license renewed even though I just got it when I got my name changed in May...

Then I may or may not meet my mother for Chinese food just because according to her there's a really good Chinese place right across from the DMV and she works like 10 minutes from there.

After that I'll go to karate and take the fact I'm lonely out on some of the dudes in my class.
