It's a good way to determine the child's future sexuality:

Sadly, according to your correlations, I must be gay. Well, since I loathe men most of the time, maybe I am.  Mom has large breasts, but I wasn't breastfed... She wanted to, though, people were just giving really bad advice back then.

No wonder I'm in so many categories.

QuoteGotta wonder about these scientists though. I picture a few guys sitting around the lab with brewskies going, 'Hey dudes, you know what would be anawesome study...?'  Heehee

I'd guess that's exactly how it went down.

So often it seems like scientific studies have too much in common with puzzle pieces that seem to fit, but when you look at the full picture you realize the piece actually doesn't belong, it just looked that way.

Why do I like breasts?

Why do I like chocolate?

Might as well ask why I like a lot of things.

Both make me feel good.
Well being TG is no treat, but becoming separated has sure caused me more trouble that being TG ever will be. So if I post, consider it me trying to distract myself from being lonely, not my needing to discuss being TG. I don't want to be separated a lot more than not wanting to be male looking.

It seems simple but "why we like things" , is important for understanding ourselves.  Almost everything we like, has aided our survival and reproduction in the past. We like and prefer calorie dense foods which served us very well through most of human history (now it's killing us). The things we find attractive in a mate are also signs of being a healthy breeding partner. The reasons we like or dislike things is much deeper than a whim...
