Hi, I'm Tiffany, for now. I haven't really settled on a proper female name. I've been visiting your site for the last week or so. I recently began therapy, meeting with my endocrinologist to get going with HRT and basically starting down the road to changing my gender. I think it is a pretty huge task, but this site has been very inspirational and I hope to meet some new people here. Thank you.
