I'm curious if hormones affect ftm's differently from mtf's. My interpretation is that transwomen can almost always expect permanent sterility after about 6 months with a few exceptions. However, when I hear about people like Thomas Beattie who got pregnant after being on T for a long time, it seems like ftm's can get their fertility back easier if they go off hormones for a few weeks. Regardless if they can still get pregnant or not, I'm curious about how likely it is that they'll have fertile eggs, or even if their eggs are still fertile even while on T. Unlike males who produce sperm, females are born with all their eggs, so, Idk.

I just had a random thought about what if I married an ftm and we wanted to have babies.

nahhhhh idk yo, i feel like i've heard about trans women makin' babies with their lady friends after some ridiculous amounts of time.  it's p. much best to treat unorchiectomized gonads like, well, a loaded gun.  it might not go off but it still MIGHT.  except instead of people getting shot there are babies.

wow, babies.

I have wondered this too but never really found any definitive answer even from some doctors. Although I am not keeping the bits, I would still love to have children.
Watching the birds made me feel like taking a journey. The people, the landscapes, everything was imperfect but beautiful.
