Hey everyone I have been looking around on the forums and have found lots of useful information. I saw from other threads that it is highly recommend to talk with a gender therapist before doing any physical transitions. I am interested in online therapy, because it would be much more convenient for me with work and life. I looked through the online therapist thread and saw a few options, but I don't know where to start or how to choose the right one for me. If any of you have done online gender therapy I would love some recommendation of therapists.

I am not looking to get a letter for HRT or Surgery quite yet, instead someone to talk to and help me figure out why I feel the way I do about my gender and if transitioning is right for me. if that makes any scene... I am just so confused

I don't know anything about the online form of it, but I strongly agree that seeing a gender therapist is a great idea. Best of luck!
