My posture is horrendous. I slouch so much that sitting up straight feels nice on my spine/shoulders for about ten seconds and then it just feels like hard work xD
Since I slipped a disk my lower back has never been the same, I feel like I'm always pushing my butt out but I can't seem to stop.
My shoulders are giving me serious issues lately, the years of hunching forward to hide my chest have messed them up. I'm in pain constantly and it radiates up my neck and gives me tension headaches, which in turn make me feel sick. I can't wait for top surgery, getting these two annoyances removed will literally be such a huge weight off my shoulders.
