I haven't had starfruit in the longest time, so I tried it a month ago. I began feeling super dizzy and headache-y, and read on Google that starfruit has a high potassium concentration, and has caused death for those who are potassium sensitive!

I suppose that grabbing my head and needing to sit down probably wasn't healthy.
Coconut water... my most favourite drink in the past, also makes me dizzy.

I've eaten bananas and tomatoes, and had no problems.
How about y'all? Have you had big potassium problems?
