I just happened to find this link through the local transgroup whose mailing list I am on: http://transgresspress.com/

They publish books that are trans related, though it only seems like they have one book so far, and it's an anthology of essays written by guys who had lower surgery. They're also accepting submissions for another book they're doing about guys post coming out or transition.

Thought I'd share, seems like it'll be a helpful resource once they get more books out.
