I asked a question similar to this a while ago, but never really got a straight forward answer.

I would like to experience an orgasm without an erection and without ejaculation (at least heavy semen squirting ejaculation, I understand the body will naturally lubricate itself) from masturbation. I've never actually masturbated. The few times I've tried now that I'm on HRT I'll just rub my breasts/nipples and upper body, sometimes the Mons Veneris (if we can have those) I'll rub a bit. But I always stop when I get an erection. Is there anything I can do? Suggestions?

It will take a few months on HRT, and the situation will take care of itself.  Your testicles will atrophy, and at a certain point, the erection feature will quit.  At that point, your prostate will still be able to put out its contribution to your semen volume, but there will be little if any actual semen in it, the fluid will become much lighter, and not as much.  You will have to learn how to control things, but it will come to no more wood in the pants.

Have no fear. In most cases it will especially between a T-Blocker and E. Though I've heard of girls that say it still works. Speaking from personal experience there is big difference between achieving an erection and being able to achieve penetration. So I guess it comes down to how you want to define things

I have been on hormones for seven months now and it honestly feels all the same down there...disgusting. I still get erections, I just made a post about the wet dreams I still suffer from. I want it to stop.

Here's something I learned early on...

While dressed, sit on a hard wooden chair. (I wasn't usually tucked this early in transition) Holding your thighs together, squeeze the area between scrotum and anus...women call these "kegels", and the purpose is to strengthen the vagina walls...but it has the additional effect of squeezing against the "G" spot (prostate).

While kegeling, rock your hips slowly front-to-back. (I would visualize having vaginal intercourse, with me "working" my partners'...part...with my vagina) This masturbation technique never gave me an erection(although I was able to get one), and it involved varying the speed and intensity of all 3 movements, but it was very easy to consistently orgasm within a few minutes.

Remember, the mind and its imagination are the most important sex organ.
