Hi sorry about the slightly crude subject here. I just had some skinny jeans delivered love them properly skin tight and high waisted.

Thing is though i have some tunic type tops to wear i want to be able to wear shorter tops that show off my waist a bit. however and this is the crude bit. I have looked through the Wiki and tried a few different things to hide the genital area. But i am finding it incredibly uncomfortable. Does anyone have any methods that are at least relatively comfortable.

When dressing en femme, a pre-op trans woman has to be careful not to reveal her genital bits. This is especially difficult if you want to wear tight clothing. This is where a gaff comes in. It helps to flatten the genitalia creating a smoothing effect in that area. There are websites that feature gaff's in different sizes.
