Step 1:  Take a deep breath
Step 2:  Talk with a doctor
Step 3:  Before any SRS, or FFS consider hormones and other treatments.  Based on urgency of this post it sounds like you need to take 20 steps back    don't worry we get ya.

FFS is always a crap shoot no matter how good the surgeon they are rebuilding your face in their image.  It could come out successful but still not be what you want.  Or it could come out slightly botched requiring additional corrections if possible.

SRS has risks as well but no one can see it and the castration/having a more feminine part makes it a more acceptable risk.
