i know someone who had BA and she had to replace one of them 15 years later when it ruptured, which was thankfully only salene in it

My best friend got the Gummy Bear Implants from Suporn. You don't have the danger of them leaking with that type.  They look and feel wonderfully even though she just had them done a few months ago.  I strongly suggest both that type of implant and Suporn for any girl thinking of getting a BA.

I'm C after one year, would be pretty silly to have an implant. I'm more worried that they will end up over DD. Nobody in our relatives has breasts over DD (when they are young) so it doesn't seem likely, but I could be the first 

About breast weight,

Breasts are not that heavy unless you get into the big band size (I'm 36C).
A 32DD weights the same thing as a 36C, Many slighter women, 30-34 band, women with bigger breasts, who complain would be better if they let their band support the breast instead of the straps.

It gets to be heavy when you couple big band size and a high projection. Many overweight women have big band sizes and in their cases, a 42C is indeed starting to be quite heavy, especially since they're often not athletic and they also let thier breasts hang from their straps (often the band is too large or the elastic in the band has been stretched because they have to replace their bras more often and they don't).

Ok, I guess I lied.  My bra was not right again, so I went to try bra's on.  Well, I guess I am a D cup now.  They must have been going through a growth spurt lately.  Well, my left one is, but my right one is slightly smaller.  However, you're supposed to wear bras accomodated to your largest breast if they are uneven.  So, now I'm wearing a 36D.  I am starting to get frustrated with shopping for bras since they are getting difficult to find now.  I had to search quite a bit for a 36 with a tight enough band too.  It's quite possible that my breasts are actually either the same size or larger than my mom/sister.  You'd think I would be joyed, but I'm more frustrated that bra shopping just got harder.  Implants?  I don't think so.

My ex was a 38DDD and that was quite top heavy and gave her back problems.

How can you grow two cup sizes in less than 2 months?
You must have been a C for a long time before you replace your bra 
You would have been one of those women with the wrong bra size that Oprah has special about all the time.

My GF had breast implant sdone ten years ago. She was 36. She's right now a D cup, but she tells me that she's never been able to sleep on her stomach for 10 years because of them.  So I'd be a little hesitant on getting them myself.

I barely feel them (36C) when I'm on my stomach even though my I press on them they're quite sensible. strange. Maybe my bed its because my bed has some give.

Wow.  Yes!

Plus I'm scared of surgery.
And poor.  So if something goes wrong, I'm screwed.

I guess everyone is a little different. Last week I suggested to my GF that if she were to put a small pillow where her neck is and the stomach area, she may be able to sleep better. But to no avail, she told me that she's tried it and it's somewhat uncomfortable.

I had this accomplished, roughly 5 weeks ago.

This mod was seen as absolutely essential. In retrospect but in the context of the genital surgery which has already been accomplished, the BA might well have been more important sequentially than GRS, which is also perceived as an essential process. I could not feel complete without it.

The Surgeon was local, Dr. Dixit.

The procedure was for me painless, save for the IV line being placed in the left hand, which almost sent me through the operating room ceiling.

Given the psycho-emotional effect of this change, I would not hesitate to do it again and it seems to be making acceptance as a female and passing, much easier.

I may well have erred, in that I am still developing aggressively, but hey.

Yeah, it was C cup before.  It was just majorly the wrong size due to inexperience with bras.

I went to pride this last weekend.  The last couple of hours, I went around topless with just my nipples covered.  Many people offered words of encouragement (and a few people snapped photos) since they just saw a female who was willing to bare them.  I did stop by the TG booth like that and one of the highlights was having one of the people from the support group ask what surgeon I went to for my breasts.  After I told her I hadn't had any surgery and it was just from hormones, she was shocked.

The night before I did the dyke march as well and went topless with Rashelle through the city.  That was fun.
