I'm thinking about lunch out at an upscale place yesterday, the server brought us drinks and tripped dumping my drink fully into my lap. The poor guy was horrified and apologized profusely as he scrambled for extra napkins to soak up the mess. I was laughing as I asked him if they had a clothes dryer in the place because my panties were soaked. I felt bad for him and made light of it for his sake, though I was rather uncomfortable throughout lunch.  ;)

I want some cherry pie and hot cocoa.
Watching the birds made me feel like taking a journey. The people, the landscapes, everything was imperfect but beautiful.

I finally found out what happened to my cat.  I saw a bone in my yard with the paw still attached.  I knew it was his.  My mom said the guy who worked on our house found a dead cat under the house but my mother never told me.

Yikes...that's messed up, dude. Poor cat  :(

My mom kind of understood our discussion of late-onset CAH and what it can supposedly do in terms of the brain and gender; i.e. a brain differentiated in the male manner being stuck in a body differentiated in the female manner to the main extent, plus whatever this weird form of male-like puberty is I've started here. Why did it take a medical condition possibly being involved to make her understand the concept of boy brain stuck in a girl body and not really understanding until those differences started strongly taking root at the same time and dragging me in two directions? Silly parent.

yeah it was a tad bit odd- I thought it was a tree limb.  I had him for years.    He was really sick for a while though.

Poor thing. I'm sorry to hear that happened. I'd be horrified to find my pet that way...

I found out that in Australia they have a gender X you can put on your drivers license and such. I wish America had that :c

It takes me so long to get ready in the mornings and I don't even know why. =/ A lot of it isn't that it takes me long to do the things I need to (shower, etc), it's that I move so damn slow and spend a lot of time sitting around and thinking/trying to wake up.

If you'd go to sleep earlier you'd wake up quicker and easier. Silly. :P

I think I will stay at the New Beginnings Retreat center when the day comes for me to get my top surgery done.

I'm officially rationing the dog's outdoor playtime because it's irritating to have to drop everything to open the door for her seventy-five times a day.  I swear, if we installed a revolving door, she'd never get out of it.  She is combating this new ruling via staring at me for hours at a time so that every time I move or look her way she can leap up and do her letmeoutletmeoutrightnow dance and/or drool on my keyboard in full knowledge that the only place for me to banish her to is outside.  Now the staring is really getting on my nerves. >:(

Hah, that's so funny! I have a Border Collie that to my knowledge has never taken his eyes off of me, so I know the drill!

Why not just leave her outside?

I'm having a weird set of identity crises that have to do with most everything but gender. One of them is tangentially related to gender, but I'm secure in what my gender is at least. I kind of want to start one of my rambly threads about all this, but I don't know where to put it.

It's bad when I know the biggest "supporter" of my transition in my family will be my brother-he hates me and wants nothing to do with me.  He just won't care.
