Hello all........i am a crossdresser/transgenderest and i am looking for some help on the feminization of my body.  At this point in time hormones are not an option for me.  Currently i have an athletic v shape male body withwith a little body fat in my belly.  My goal is to start to widen my hips, round out my hips and butt, small development of my chest, slim my stomach/waist area. I would love any tips or suggestion on how to improve these areas with the use of exercises/workout, foods/diets and any natural or over the counter supplements.  I know none of these will truely get me the results i am looking for but as i stated hormone are not an option at this point in time......any help suggestion will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Not sure what you can do for hips, but for chest, I know from experience when you work out and have especially well developed upper body musculature, I found myself fitting really well into larger cup bras.  I used to go to the gym every day and also had that V shape going... at the time I remember I was very satisfied in how well I was filling out my Playtex Secrets brand D cup bra.  I've gotten much bigger since then and couldn't possibly fit into one now, but maybe it would work for you?

Hey, Beth, welcome to the site!

First of all, I am not a MtF but having grown up as a "female" I can offer some suggestions for you.

Eat chocolate...it always goes straight to my hips, ha ha!

But seriously, I can't offer much for diet or exercise, but what I can offer is some suggestions on clothing. What I suggest is subtracting attention from your hips. What I found really "brought out curves" or my waist (I will tell you, despite having wide hips, my build was masculine even for a female) was shirts that have an elastic band towards the waist, similar to maternity but not exactly, I think it's called babydoll style.

Not one where the elastic ends below the bust, but towards the middle of the waist, where the body should naturally curve inward on a female, that's where you want the elastic to sit (otherwise it could have the opposite effect and make you look tapered down, like you don't want).

Flare-style jeans might also help, because they flare out at the bottom and almost give the jean legs an hourglass shape, which would bring out your hips more as well.

Good luck! That's all I know for now but if you need anything feel free to message me.

What about modifying your body with corset  & shaping underwear?

Actually I just ordered some time ago a made to measure underbust corset.
Will be similar to this
http://www.eternalspirits.com/boutique/understated-san-francisco/tallulah-153

It will cost quite much, but then as it's made to measure, should be perfect fit for my male body. Corset won't change my hip size, but hopefully the waist will be more feminine.

There are several ways to shape the hips.  Youtube has several.  Or you could do padding.

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me

There is virtually no way to increase or de crease the fat content confined to a certain part of our body by exercise or diet. Fat increases or de creases through the whole of our body.

In my case, wearing flared skirt helped to hide my scanty hips.
Anyway, decreasing waist size is my basic method to have the hourglass shape.

Just do it.

Lucille Sorelle is always full of practical advices on body shaping. This article gives a few examples of what you can do, even without exercise, although a simple exercise ("vacuum pose") is included: http://feminizationsecrets.com/transgender-hourglass-figure/

I thought she had a set of workout exercises on her website (I'm sure I saw them somewhere), but all I could find was a video on YouTube: and one older thread here: https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php?topic=110367.0

I'm too lazy to exercise so I rely on a corset and padding from Classic Curves :)
Don't judge, and you won't be judged.

Hiking hills will keep your tush in shape, and backs of your legs looking good. and also your heart, plus the dog happy.
Benching will give you breasts.
unheated olive oil and a good vegan diet will put the good fats in the good places, and keep you delicious.

not that im a personal trainer,  but just because because.
Happy New Year. x

Thanks everyone for your suggestions!

One thing I started doing that has helped is walking the steps and not using the elevator at work it has really started to help shape my hips!

Thanks again,
Beth
