The Legislature has killed a constitutional amendment that would have banned gay marriage in Massachusetts. The 151 to 45 vote blocks the amendment from going before voters next year.

When they get their turn, this will be ugly, just like what happened in Oregon after the County allowed same-sex marriages to happen. It was an ugly campaign with an ugly result. I hope they enjoy their time in the sun!!!

Mass is a very liberal state, and most people living in Mass support same sex marriages or they are at least okay with it.
