I was informed by my employer that in 90 days I'll qualify for heath insurance.. yay!... the slightly scary side... they are switching to bio-metric screening incentives.  If I refuse then I will pay a higher premium and have to do an ordinary insurance intake form.. but, my concern is if my HRT would be detected through the screening process?  Not to mention that if memory serves me, when signing up for the insurance I'd have to list any health concerns and any current medications.  Rock---->me<-----Hard Place  :-\  not sure how I should proceed here, has anyone had to deal with this type of screening? And how do I disclose that I'm on HRT?

T levels are not screened in those tests and there is no necessity of disclosing anything (unless you have high BP due to HRT).
They  will be looking for susceptibility to few common diseases.
