I stopped HRT for personal reasons; however,  giving the logistics of my transition ($, time, family, work)...I scaled back my regimen and resumed my HRT on Estrogen only. I know changes will be less evident at this rate..my question is: is there anyone here on Estrogen only who saw changes in their bodies (significant or not)?

I'm only taking E. My doctor wants me on it for 3 months before starting AAs. I started in January.

I'm seeing some changes. My breasts are swollen (probably not A cup yet, but definitely changing), I notice smells more, and my sexual arousal/release mechanism has changed a bit.

No emotional changes that I've been able to notice, and the other stuff (body/face shape, skin changes) is probably too slow for me to have noticed anything yet.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

You'll get some changes but without blockers your body is going to be in a perpetual hormone battle of attrition.
"For transpeople, using the right pronoun is NOT simply a 'political correctness' issue. It's core to the entire struggle transpeople go through. Using the wrong pronoun means 'I don't recognize you as who you are.' It means 'I think you're confused, delusional, or mentally I'll.'. It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"

I know that in Korea, it's more popular to get E shots only. Some have asked my why I'm also taking spiro...I don't have a good answer other than it's what the doctor said.

Pretty standard  to start on E alone then  measure SHBG and T levels before deciding on AA dosage.

My natural T level was so low it wasn't a factor.

I have been on estrogen only since the very beginning. My doctor started with that first, and I ended up not needing anything else. I've seen some pretty amazing changes using a relatively low dose, even. All bodies are different.
