Fully female, I have always been a girly type, my parents had a lot of trouble with it when I was a child, they wanted to change that and make me a man/boy, it wasn't very succesfull.
When I was little and people were asking my mother "how old is she now" my mother was very upset about it, brought me to the hairdresser and had my hair cut short, didn't help either.
I am beaten to change my behavior but I didn't know how to behave as a boy, so every time I was very suprised when I get punishment, I didn't do anything wrong, I was just me.
In that time, the fifties, it was very, very wrong for a boy to behave like that, so I didn't have a nice childhood.

Interesting how all the choices seem to be pretty equal.

I suppose I consider myself ungendered. Inside, I don't feel especially male or especially female. However, I wish I'd been born female, because I think I'd feel more comfortable if society thought of me as a female. I don't think I can convincingly pull off the whole "male thing."

I put "bi-gendered" and "other".  I feel a mixture of both male and female with leanings to either side.  I also often feel like no gender or both genders simultaneously.

I mean, I knew I always felt self-loathing and extreme discomfort at certain things, but I never realized that my embarrassment in my current self and desire to obtain a male physical form (hated my female body ever since before grade 1. I've always been envious of my friends just for being boys~) was an actual condition. Heck, I even thought he was kidding when my councilor told me that they did hormone injections and surgeries for people like me.

Thanks for posting this poll. I fell into a 22% category, which helps me feel nowhere near as alone.

I've always thought of myself as a non-traditional man. I never went in for manly stuff, never cared about being especially manly etc. But I like women's music, movies, books, and I tend to identify with female characters. All my friends are women. But there is so much man about me - how I solve problems, how I relate, how I want the world to to see me, and especially how I feel at work.

So genderblended male seems just right.

Despite my birth defect and spending many years in compliance with societies beliefs that we are what we have between our legs, I still always felt that I was really a woman.

Female - I consider myself to be a woman, but at times I have thought of myself as a man (or boy).

I'm definitely a guy. I get horrible dysphoria and I know I'm meant to have a penis and seeing my chest gives me panic attacks. But at the same time I'm can be really quite feminine and I know if I'd been born with a dick I'd probably be a cross dresser. I don't know. I'm confused. xD But I definitely should have a male body, and a lot of my thoughts and behaviours match up better with a male stereotype than a female one.

As a kid I wanted to be a boy and sometimes I knew I was a boy but there was something wrong with my body and I didn't look like the other boys, and of course everyone calling me a girl and all that jazz kinda forced me to think that I am a girl.
Later on as a teenager and older I pretty thought all the thoughts about being a guy is just some phase and I'd get over it as I grow up. At some point I stopped thinking about it.

I'm glad that I didn't stop thinking about it and started to fix the error nature made.
