So far with my voice I've only been able to really raise my pitch really, it works ok but not good enough. I'm wondering what kind of tips and tricks I can use and practice to get my voice nice and feminine or at least androgynous.

Its all about resonance and mucle control at the back of the throat. Do some googling and looking at past threads. There is quite  alot out there. You tube CandiFLA and the deep stealth stuff :-)
