Who else loves to shave their legs?

I stopped shaving my legs once I discovered epilators, years back. Shaving leaves a nasty stubbly feeling after a day or two, even with my sparse blonde growth. But I have no time to even epilate these days and go natural. No one's going to notice with this perpetual cold weather in the UK.

Though plucking is strangely gratifying and almost addictive... especially when it's like a weird mole hair, eww... lol. Something about being rid of a hair I don't want...

:D I have one single hair that grows on my back. It's a mole with a hair! One pluck (ha, got you!) and I'm done. Such simple pleasures. Shh.

Problem is, once I shave a spot, I can't ever bear to let hair grow there again. I shaved my legs once in Dec., and now I have to shave them every week since I don't ever want to see them hairy again.

I've been holding off shaving my midsection until I have to.

I'd love to be able to use an epilator but I find the pain far worse than even electrolysis and I get a nasty rash afterwards :(

Ditto!

I'll triple it. I really don't like shaving especially since I have to shave my entire body, blockers havent really taken enough effect yet so I still have to every day almost except my legs oddly, they're just getting stubbly after a few days now lol

I hate it so much i'm at the point where I just speed shave in the shower with my venus razor without creme. Only takes a few minutes but I gotta lotion up after so it doesn't itch!

It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"

I especially hate shaving my knees. It's an artform. There's probably articles written on it.

I felt the same a first. But if I use wax strips for most of the work and just epilate for maintenance it is much much better. :)

I like the feeling .. but well I'm pretty much always late so thick opaque tights are my friend, and they keep me warm . I've tried epilating them but I always get distracted half way through .. and its like way painful

I'm not fond of the work, but I like them smooth. With that said, I think I last shaved them in January. They're a little furry now, but who cares, only me or the dog is gonna see 'em anyway.

I've been using an electric razor on them (and on my arms, which as it's tee season are really not optional). It doesn't work that well overall. :(
Hoping an epilator works better... Do you have to let the hairs grow out before epilating them?

It's getting to be good/ish weather, so I'm gonna get my legs all sexy and start wearing shorts...the bright glow of my legs should contribute to safety at night, too! ;-)

I TOTALLY love it!

I even liked it before I started transition... and that is one of the constants of my adult life, is I have always HATED having hairy legs. I'm so glad now that it has softened again thanks to HRT, and so happy that now I get to shave them all the time, and have smooth gorgeous legs all the time!

Every time I'm in the bath and shave them, and see their smooth increasingly-feminine shape, it makes me feel SO good inside!

I die without smooth legs, but I'm all about the epilator these days.
I used to wax (getting the back of one's own thigh is quite a feat in contortion) but it's so messy and time consuming.

I'm lucky enough to not be very hairy to begin with, plus waxing came very easy to me  :)  I was able to color my hair, wax my armpits and take a shower all in about the space of an hour with little to nearly no mess at all

Hmmmm,  :eusa_think:  Maybe I should think about getting a job at a salon

Shaving my legs/becoming a woman. I sure wish it were that easy. I've shaved my legs 1,000 times over 30-40 years & always just wished my body was a normal female. Now I'm age 60, resuiming HRT soon. My body is somewhat feminine however my face is too old. I will need a facelift for sure & other plastic surgery. Doubt I will ever become a "pretty" normal woman at my age. I sure wish I had moved forward so long ago.

I just need to bitch some, kinda stressed.

If you are young & "shave your legs" move forward, do not delay with your life as I did.

I wish I could say: "me too!" but you know what I do not have any hair in my legs  :o

Shaving is annoying, but I can manage it. I do like the results. It feels really good to have freshly shaved legs.

I've tried waxing with some cheap wax strips from walmart but it just wasn't doing it for me.

My leg hair is dark and thick, and I'm ridiculously pale. Even after attempted tanning, I just burn and then it goes away and I'm pale again. So thick hair being shaved is a rather uncomfortable experience, and the results are mediocre at best.

I used to epilate my leg hair for better results, which was more painful. But instead of it being a daily experience, it became a biweekly experience. Now with my hectic work life I find myself with less free time, so it's back to shaving. I can't wait to get back to epilation, it's just much better. Hopefully HRT will help with that, too.
