I need a physical (Monday) so I can start banking sperm with the option to use a surrogate in the future (Tuesday).  I'll probably make a few trips to the bank, just to be on the safe side.  Looking at a calendar... I could probably start HRT on the 27th at the earliest.

So what should I do with the next 16 days?  What can I do with a male body chemistry that I won't be able to do with a female chemistry?

One of my friends is going to teach me how to use a camera so I can make a time lapse video (something I feel should be mandatory for everybody on HRT).  What other things should I be doing to prepare for transitioning?

Of course I'm sane.  When trees start talking to me, I don't talk back.

Forgive me if I'm being presumptuous as I'm a newbie here but one thing to do if you  want or need it would be to start or ramp up laser/electrolysis sessions. My electrologist (sp?) says "male" skin tends to hurt less when doing the more sensitive areas.

Other than that, I dunno. Not that you can't do it as a lady but go to the pub and get a pound of chicken wings and a jug of lager in celebration?

I've heard conflicting things about when to start laser.  My endo says that with a testosterone blocker the hair shouldn't grow back and that I should wait until after starting hormones to begin laser.  But I'll probably schedule something for the first week after starting.

I'm not a drinker (a combination of fear of letting my guard down, Crohn's disease and now sperm banking).  Maybe I'll eat a plate of nachos for dinner tonight...

Based on my own experience, I would concur with males having a generally higher pain tolerance (at least for hair removal).

Laser first, then electrolysis...although laser takes awhile (they want 6 weeks between sessions), and E about once a week...

Fwiw, I've been on HRT for more than a year, and cannot remember what a male orgasm feels like. Maybe you would want to write a description, for your own curiosity later?
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Maybe... but my best description right now is a disappointed "wait... that's it?" feeling.
