So, I've been on estradiol and spiro for about 9 weeks now.  I just got my estradiol boosted today, so now I'm taking two at a time instead of one. Not giving dosage here, just saying I'm taking two estradiol tablets at one time instead of just one.  I've been taking estradiol sublingualy, but I'm finding it difficult with two tablets.  Should I care about some of it seeping out from under my tongue?  Are there any tips you girls can give?  🙂

In answer to your question, you will swallow some so don't worry about it.  When I was doing to tabs, I would place one on each side of my mouth.  Worked well.

Why don't you take one.. do something for 5 mins then take the other one. A few mins difference won't hurt I think.

I take one in the morning and the other at night. Suits me fine and spreads the dosage more evenly I think.

The tongue is incredibly well-suited for soaking up drugs. As long as your not swallowing a lot, you should not lose much. The other thing to remember is that even if it escapes the tongue, the inside of cheeks soak up drugs even better then tongue. You should not worry.

Thanks for all the replies!  I'm sure I was just worrying over nothing like I always do!    I'm not even really too concerned if I do swallow some anymore, it's all still in my body somewhere!  I'm sure most of it is being soaked up in my mouth anyway.

There are benefits to both intake routes so a little of your E going through first pass via your liver isn't a bad thing IMHO.
