I've been on HRT for over 2 years now and have not seen much difference except for some breast growth and changes in body hair. However my frame is still pretty much that of a man, im dealing with broad shoulders, no waist whatsoever and no hips at all- i got a man back and large hands ( i know nothing can change that).  Is it common to be stuck with masculine body as a TG, do i need to do things like FFS and fat injections to get anything near a feminine body? I know not all natural women are all dainty and feminine but i don't even look like a large woman i just have the body of s man straight forward :( will HRT still change at least some things or do i have to get surgery or just deal with the fact that im still gonna have the body of a man forever?  :embarrassed: By the way in case this info matters at all im 23 almost 24 and started hormones at age 21.

For one, you're on HRT, yes, but make sure blood levels are appropriate. Non-optimal HRT can't be expected to have optimal results.

Apart from that... I wouldn't be as extreme as muuu says to be, but yes, losing weight would probably help a lot if you're overweight or in the higher ranges of your alleged healthy weight. The more fat you have, the harder it is to move it around, and the least burn/regain you have, (probably) the slower fat redistribution will be. As long as you make sure you do it healthily, there's no harm in losing some weight, assuming you're not becoming underweight in the process.

Also, I think if you lose weight, your muscle mass should reduce a little bit more. The heavier the body is, the larger the muscles get to support it, no?

Apart from that... of course, physically moving fat around can help a lot, sure, but it's probably not needed to achieve satisfactory results.
