Im so excited and happy I finally got the go to start hrt. My dad almost said no at first because of all the risks and some of the permanent changes but he then realized how much it meant to me and let me start. I will be taking Estradiol and Spironolactone. I have a few questions I have gynecomastia and im not sure what would happen because I went through that process already when I was going through puberty tenderness, knots form etc. They also told me that the testicles shrink up to 40% in size, I have rather small testicles already so would they end up vanishing or being very tiny?

Great news for you. Just relax & enjoy the new feelings. After some time you become more calm & relaxed. It's a great feeling. I'm taking virtually the same HRT.

Yes, there is some shrinkage...but they won't vanish until an orchi or SRS...

My guess, Khloe, is that because your breast tissue is already receptive to estrogen (because of your gynecomastia), you may very well blossom as your dosage increases.

I've had severe gynecomastia my whole life. Pre-HRT I filled a 36A cup bra to capacity with spillover and now I nearly fill a 34B, but there's a teeny bit of room left. I'm 30 and slender so it's not because I was obese at one point, and if your's is anything like mine, you will notice that the breasts will become much different. (A) You'll develop a duct directly below the nipple and (B)  they start rounding out at the bottom. That duct directly below the nipple just keeps getting bigger. If I had to describe it, it feels squishy almost like Play-Doh and is about the size of mini reese's peanut butter cup. Maybe bigger. It hurts to squeeze it though. So I think you'll notice a big difference between what HRT does and what gynecomastia is, if your's is like mine. It happened fast too, like within three weeks they started changing. So Jamie is certainly right. Be prepared. You will not be able to go braless by two months and they will get bigger and fast. Congrats though on starting HRT! It's the BEST!

I wish that was possible. Then we could increase the dosage and some day penis would turn into a vagina.

As far as your gynecomastia is concerned, they should turn into perfectly normal breasts ere long. Difference being, you get a head start on size.
