I was going to watch Modern Marvels: Star Trek Tech on Youtube when this Dove ad came on. For some reason, I didn't click the skip ad button. And I'm glad I didn't. I think this ad does a wonderful job of showing how critical we are of ourselves when compared with how others see us.

Yea, I know I am very critical of myself. I don't have much self esteem but I totally agree with the message. We especially are all very critical of ourselves. And maybe it's time to just lighten up a little. ^_^
