Tonight my friend is having a dinner in memory of her grandpa, and she "needs" a fake boyfriend. I agreed to be that fake boyfriend. We decided ir they ask, we'll tell them I'm trans, since she wouldn't have a problem dating a trans man in the first place. But, well, I'd rather not get into it with people and answer all the questions.

In any case, I have to dress up nicely.

Speaking of girls...well, let's just say I guess I have a girlfriend now. Told my bf, who went "OH MY GOD YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND THAT'S ADORABLE YOU HAVE TO TELL ME ALL ABOUT HER DUDE YOU'RE AWESOME FOR HAVING THE BALLS TO TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL."

Speaking of feelings, I'm feelin' pretty badass right now. Though I'm going to keep making sure she's clear that nothing sexual is going to happen ever, though she knows my take on those things.

My birth name apparently isn't enough to hinder passing, either. A sub called it out for attendance, and the comment I got from my friends was "dude, your name isn't that bad", not "OMFG UR A GURL", so I'm pretty happy about that too. Also somehow passed to a classmate I'm not out to yet and don't really talk to all that much. He's got really polarized reactions when speaking to girls vs boys (like most really athletic guys in high school) so it was nice to be socialized with as a male.

And those freaking sideburns are already starting to grow back, I wish they weren't blonde. That'd be cool if they were dark, but then my mother would freak.

Been blonde all my life and never had other than blonde facial hair and plenty of it as a guy, so get over it!

It's just weird against the rest of my hair but there's a few dark ones growing in too, so hopefully it'll be a phase. Dunno why it's growing without T but I'm not going to complain XD

And my therapist was having fun torturing me today for juicy details over what happened between me and the girl and making me embarrassed. Evil. But she's awesome, even when she's being that stereotypical older sister I never had.

So am I!  It's what sealed the deal for me.  I would have waited to see it at home otherwise.  But it has Loki in it which means I have to see it.  This means getting green and gold clothing or a Loki shirt. Me too. Reading the comics gets kind of creepy though because he literally says the exact same things I've said/thought/felt. And I mean exactly. It can get a bit triggering, but that's a big part of why I love his character. Sorry that was probably tmi.
