Hello guys,

Today I was downtown in the city's brand shoes store "Basconi". I was basically looking for my second, excuse me, third heels  - I'd like the ones with an open toe - right for the hot season.
On the picture, I am in that store, trying some of the heels on.
BTW, I am wearing the schwarz-rosa tunic, which I recently said was received from Germany. I love it so much!

Wow you have such good taste, very classy and it looks like you've been taking "beautiful" pills too Miss pretty chick!  :)

OK, guys.

Today I continued searching for my second, sorry, now third pair of heels (I showed my two pairs before). Now I wanted them with an open toe for a hot season. I tried some today until I found these amazing sandal-type of my favorite color,. They looked nice on me and felt great, so I couldn't help buying them!  I am happy now, as a girl could be!  :D
On the way back I also bought two pairs of nice sheer pantyhoses and sheer liners, minding LH tip here!

Those are very cute shoes, and glad you remembered the liners! Blisters are the worst thigns to get in heels.

For shoes:

I recently bought some male dress shoes. They're really comfortable, though I feel like they make my feet look huge lol:

I also have these antique shoes from my grandmother, I think they were made in the 1940s or 1950s; they're both leather (with suede on the black ones) and made in Brazil.

I need to get the heel fixed on these, but unlike modern day shoes where the heel tip screws in (and you can usually buy heel tips at the shoe store and screw them in yourself), these were nailed in, so I need to bring them to a cobbler.

Here's the black ones:

And, beacause suede has to be difficult, I need to also bring these to the cleaners:

Since I was sick all week, I haven't had the time to finish the red abaya, so that will need to wait a little bit (maybe if I finish my paper today I'll allow myself time to work on it tomorrow), but in the meantime I've been looking at some coat patterns. Unfortunately, there's not many male sewing patterns out there, but in my search I came across this and decide I couldn't pass it up. So, after the abaya, I am planning on making this:

Though I'll probably do the collar a little differently if I decide to do it without the hood.

(It's McCall's M6446)

And for summer jewelry (and since Albina said she liked Indian stuff), I did just make this for one of my male friends as a graduation present:

It's made out of buffalo horn, leather, brass, melon shell, and glass beads. I am thinking about making a smaller one for myself.

Looks like you are a pretty artsy type, it's so smart that you are able to make your own clothing. I like your sense of style!

That's a very cool cape/jacket thing, LearnedHand. My mom used to sew when I was a kid, but I never got into it. It takes me an hour to stitch up a few inches of unraveled seam.

OK, guys. I took the jacket too – it looked so elegant and business-like on me that my new friend (who I met recently in the restaurant) sponsored that purchase along with the shoes. It is part of work attire that he so kindly made for me to work in his international company. So sweet!

I'm pleased for you about the new job Albina, of course you will need it to support your clothes habit and for a bigger house with a walk-in closet.  ;D

Thank you, guys! You are so sweet to talk to!  :)

I had to switch from the flowerish dress to this one (choose white), which is great for some special events. Also, it is a good match for my new blue shoes.  :)

Miss Albina,

That dress is too cute and will look lovelywith your new heels! Congratulations on the new job, I hope you like it.

LH, wow, I'm really liking that necklace. I agree with auntie shan...you are so artistic! I wish I could sew, two years ago I tried to make a halloween costume for sebastian with a pattern and totally messed it up.....obviously not my forte! I'm impressed.....it's hard and requires a ton of time and patience!

Hi Spring.

Thank you for the greetings and comments! Yeah, I absolutely love that white beauty dress! As you know, I have a short sleeved white dress too.
To go with these dresses and shoes, today I also bought a white scarf, t is very light (good for summer) with kind of crystals engraved on one side, and a blue fringe barrett, which holds my fringe perfectly in place.
Some time later, I will add a blue clutch bag to complete the ensemble.

Hey guys! What is up?

Spring, have you received your dresses? Can't wait to see them.

OK, today I bought a new item for my wardrobe. It is a bolero jacket (on the 2nd pic), the sportive type with zippers and decorative buttons on the sides. It also can be done short or long sleeved – very convenient. As soon as I tried it on, I didn't have any doubts about buying it. :)

And my new favorite skirt is this. It is very light and airy (100% viscose) and almost comes up with a small wind  :D :

I can't tell much about it because you are far from the mirror, but it looks like a floral pattern maybe? be sure and have some nice panties on when wearing it.  ;D
