hey what's up it's a long time i didn't post cause of a lot of reasons i miss the forum and you friends..

plus on all my problems about My voice and hips my biggest problem is my height i was 5.7 =1.72 cm last summer and now i become 5.8 = 1.77 and i can't get more taller cause i pass puberty so i can't get any taller so i will be short all my life.. guys in my age here are 5.11 ..6.3 and more and i'm always the short one even i go to gym and build musles i still look tinny compere to them.. i hate that i read in google that is possible to get taller after puberty idk if it's true or not i tries supliments too nothing changed now i use high shoes to give me more inches but not enough i still look so small any advices or any produؤt i'm ready to buy any product if it will make me taller and thank u in advance ..

Man, honestly, you are very, very lucky with your height. You really, really are. 1.77? I would absolutely love to be that tall! Being only 1.54, you should see how relatively lucky you are. A lot of transguy are way shorter.

But that's likely not what you wanted to hear. I don't know how old you are, but if you are passed puberty, you're done growing. Nothing can really change that anymore. But again, you may want to cherish what you do have, instead of what you do not have. 1.77 is not very short. You are as tall as my brother. He's just a little short, but nothing that stands out. Being 1.54 for a guy does....Count your blessings.

Mr.x thank you for the reply but the problem is i just can't accept that i mean even sometimes i try to not compare my self with bio guys cause its not fair i found that even some womens look taller than me cause you know almost all womens wear heels that just make me angry and hate my self anyway thnx for the reply bro..

I completely understand that. It's unfair, isn't it? Already born in the wrong body, and then being short as well. In my case, almost all women are taller. And I mean a lot taller. Eleven year old are taller than I am. It's an extra kick in the nuts.

But you know, its not all about height. I decided I'm going to end up being known as that short, cheerful and spirited guy. There is so much more to a person than height. And yes, it will be a striking first impression feature. But the people who will be bothered to get to know you will look past that.

Will that make you taller? Nope. Nothing will. But because nothing will, you had better just let it go. I mean, you can fret about it, but that won't change a thing. It took me years to do that, though. And I'm still bothered at times. But there are other things that are worth spending energy on because they can be changed.

i'm around same high and I also hate how so many guys tend to be taller, but I kinda got around to live with it, think of it as small and pratical.
I wear high boots just to get some inch more + I like the look.
I dont know about high and puberty to be honest. PreT I where around 1.72-1.73 as far I remember. after a year on T I was 1,75. I started on T when I where 18 so maybe my puberty face hadnt been all gone but I guess if your very young like less than 20 you might still grow abit.

Dude, you're tall! There's plenty here who'd kill to be that tall. I'm 173cm and I'm happy with that. It's all about confidence. You're focusing in on only tall guys, and tall guys probably don't think you're that tiny either. No doubt they know some far shorter guys. Around 5'9"-5'10" is average, so you're fine. Don't buy the growth after puberty stuff. Stretching helps show true height but some things I see are just dangerous for your back and/or trying to sell something that won't work. Just another penis growth pill scam.

I'm the same height and never feel short. I know plenty of cis guys who are the same height I am, some are even a few inches shorter.

If I remember right, you're hispanic. Most Mexican guys here are between 5'5" and 5'9". You're more average than you think. Focus on things that are able to be changed. Ok, so you're shorter than some of the guys you know. Get in better shape than they are. I know you said your muscles are smaller. Are you on T? If not there isn't much you can do about that right now. Keep working at it and eventually you'll get where you want to be.

If it were possible to trade height with someone I'd do it. I'm 5'9 and I wish I was closer to 5 foot. Why? I'm a horse racing fiend and I'm too tall to be a jockey. I can do everything else... but I can't ride in races because of my height and weight that comes with height.

....I envy you all so much right now.... Life can be extra unfair at times.

I'm 168 cm, pretty much the same as one of my older brothers. I'm fine with my height, plenty of guys that are shorter than me. Not that I'd Mind being taller, not at all. :p

5'1" I'm super jealous dude. At your height, if it really bothers you that much, with shoe lifts or something you could be normal height. At my height, even that doesn't help too much.

It is all in how you project.  Shorter guys need to have presence and confidence. They need to own the space around them.  If you fret over your height constantly, it will show when you walk around and engage with other people. You just have to learn to accept yourself, or it will weigh on you and drag down the air around you.

I'm 5'5" by the way, so 165 cm.  So yeah...appreciate what you have It could always be worse!

Depends how old you are, if you're in your very early 20's there's a chance that the growth plates on the long bones haven't fused quite yet. I was told for years how I was done growing, couldn't even if they gave me shots- now I've grown several inches and I'm not done yet. You never know.

But if you ask me, your height is fine, there's plenty of guys who would love to be that tall. Work with it, you're fine dude.

Sorry to step in, but 5'8" is hardly short.

I'm 5'9" and I tower over all my family except my older brother who's 5'10". In the UK, I feel like Snow White amongst dwarfs. It's baffling.

I'm 5'2", and it's a running joke with everyone that I'm short.  It bothers me sometimes, but only when I'm with my girlfriend because she's taller than me, or when I ended up surrounded by a bunch of drunk, chanting men at work, and was barricaded by their chests.  But even then that was a case of more being threatened by being trapped in a potentially volatile situation and feeling vulnerable because I was so much smaller than them, but I was going to the bar, and they weren't going to stop me.

Yes, our height can suck, but there's nothing we can do about it really.  And you could be so much worse off.  Cis guy's struggle with their height as well, I always enjoy poking fun at short cis guys, they start getting all offended, and then realise who said it and that it was completely tongue-in-cheek because I'm at least half a foot shorter than them.

5'7" isn't a bad height to be.  (I am 5'2" and don't feel short).

I don't think supplements will make you grow taller. If you want to look taller though, try shopping at stores that cater to short men. Just like the petite section is for women, the clothes will be cut differently than they would be for taller men so the proportions will fit better and make you look taller instead of like you are wearing clothes that are too big. Like, you'll notice that the pocket sizes are smaller, any fade marks will actually be at your knees instead of down by your shins, etc. If you wear striped shirts, get shirts with smaller stripes because that will help add to the illusion that you are taller.
