I'm just jealous is all!  My metabolism is always running in compound low gear. I can run on a treadmill and never get my heart rate above 124.

Actually, I'm not feeling helpless at all.

Apart from her liver issues, which are a known problem, it appears she is very severely constipated - the worst the ER doc had seen in a while - and that has probably sent her liver over the edge.

Two Sundays in a row in the ER.. And the difference in care last night to what we got last week was night and day. last night they actually investigated and went looking for answers. Last week they just assumed she was a former alcoholic with liver disease and treated her like crap..

I can relate to that, seems like they all just want to throw pills at the symptoms rather that investigate and look for the cause, it happens here too. Glad you have some answers, the second doctor needs to be congratulated for making the effort.

I was doing so well today, I had almost no anxiety and then BOOM it kicked in.

I do know what caused it, but that doesn't help make it better because there's very little I can do to change the problem.
