I've got a good idea for which bra size I should be wearing, but I can never seem to get one to fit comfortably unless I get lucky and purchase one that has already been adjusted to the right size. Most of the time, my bra fits too tight or too loosely. I've tried adjusting them myself, but I can never seem to get a comfortable fit. Does anyone have any advice on how to get my bras adjusted to the right size?

How are you measuring yourself? You're not adding four inches are you? Stop that. It's wrong. And has been thoroughly invalidated by the fashion blogger community. Anyhoo, basically you should be able to fit your index finger through the shoulder strap and it should be fairly tight. You don't want to much space in your cups but sometimes it's hard to fix that problem. I know if I wore an A cup it would be super tight and basically wold be like binding but with a B cup it's got a teeny bit of space. I'm hoping that problem goes away soon lol

Yeah... that's a huge myth. If you're doing it, Stop it. Basically that'd put me at wearing a 38... and anybody who knew me would know that would NEVER stay on. For example, I'm wearing a 36 now and it's sliding around. Adjusting the shoulder straps, btw, helps with space in the cups ;)
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

I'm was measured at Victoria's Secret. I actually was a 33 today. I was told I can wear 32A or 34A. Both sizes seem a bit hard to find.

I'm a 34A and there's plenty of choices of bras at target. Which is the only place I've plucked up the courage to bra shop, lol.

Strange I think I read that 32 is the most common size..

If a person keeps following the links from this site, it will also talk about how to adjust the bra for the correct support and the type of bra needed to support a woman's specific breast shape.

Nice find Bethany
To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

Yes, good going Bethany. I've been getting my bras there all along because you can shop by band size and then narrow it down to cup size. They're good about returns and credit your account right away.

Also remember that not all bra's are created equal. One manufactures C cup might be another's B cup. You will need to try a few on to see what you like, and what fits you best.

You're so right about that! Went with my spouse to Macys shopping for bras for her. She wears a B in some, a C in others and even a D in others and has been professionally fitted, so she's not some dummie buying the incorrect sizes. Every manufacturer and every style is different in their sizing. We got a strapless for those summer tops, it was a whole new ball game there as well. I didn't need any, my drawer is full of bras, the cis gals aren't nearly as attentive to their bra needs as we are.  :D
