I have been feeling very bloated, fat, pudgy, swollen mostly,
has anyone ever experienced these symptoms?
Throbbing legs/feet because they feel a bit too 'full' same with hands.
Hope i am getting this across, its a strange feeling.
The other day i had hot flashes like no other and threw up like all day.

This throbbing, fat feeling hasn't gone away. (already spoke with endo. plan on making appointment)
maybe it has to do with my nutrition? Potassium maybe?

thoughts?

oh haha yes that would have helped huh.

Anyway, I have been on HRT for 1.3 years, I have had good health my endo has always noted,
albeit my BP was a little high when i started, the HRT brought that down.

So I'm just wondering if anyone has felt the swollen hands and feet, throbbing and what to do about it,
maybe a home remedy.

I workout 3 days a week and go for walks almost everyday. My work keeps me active,
but sometimes I can be on my hands and knees for long periods of time.

thanks

thanks for the reply Julie, glad someone has some kind of experience with the concern i had, what you mentioned makes sense since I'm often on my hands and knees laying tile, I'm sure it has the cumulative affect you are having at a desk, thanks again for your experience.
